Wilfred's x L.A Brewery - a warming, bright and aromatic winter apéritif, with zero alcohol.

Ingredients

- 50 ml Wilfred’s Aperitif

- 150 ml L.A Brewery Sparkling Citrus Hops

- Fresh lime - 1 wedge

- Ice cubes

- Sprig of rosemary to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tumbler with plenty of ice.

2. Pour in your Wilfred’s Aperitif.

3. Top up gently with L.A Citrus Hops, letting the bubbles lift and mix the flavours naturally.

4. Stir lightly

5. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top and drop it in.

6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig for extra aroma
