Using a natural kombucha fermentation, we keep fair-trade Sencha tea in tank for 6 weeks before blending with flowers, hops and other botanicals. This craft creates a deliciously tart, sparkling drink with layers of flavour, grip and complexity that is rich in anti-oxidants and live cultures.
