Refund policy
If your order goes missing or is damaged prior to delivery to the recipient’s address, we will aim to send you a replacement order as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, a replacement can be arranged via support@labrewery.co.uk N.B. We may require photo evidence of the error to process a replacement.
We hope you will not need to return L.A Brewery products. However, in the instance that this is required please notify us via support@labrewery.co.uk within 7 days of ordering, and we will refund your purchase pending receipt of the returned product within 14 days. To receive a refund, the product must be returned containing the unopened products. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
