Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:


You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product(s) you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. For example, there are some remote shipping zones (e.g. Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland) that we may not be able to fulfil at this time, but you may still be able to make your order. If your order requires cancellation we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

We endeavour to ship to you within 3 working days of your order. However, please allow for up to 5 working days for shipment as we use a third party for deliveries and, on occasion, delays happen that are beyond our control. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us via 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders over £50.00 we offer free delivery. Orders under £50 carry a flat delivery fee of £4.99.


Refunds & Returns Policy:

If your order goes missing or is damaged prior to delivery to the recipient’s address, we will aim to send you a replacement order as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, a replacement can be arranged via N.B. We may require photo evidence of the error to process a replacement.

We hope you will not need to return L.A Brewery products. However, in the instance that this is required please notify us via within 7 days of ordering, and we will refund your purchase pending receipt of the returned product within 14 days. To receive a refund, the product must be returned containing the unopened products. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
