Terms and Conditions for the L.A Brewery Prize Draw

1. The L.A Brewery Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to:
   a. Employees or partner agencies of L.A Brewery.
   b. Freelance workers for L.A Brewery.
   c. Anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, including family members of any of the persons referred to in paragraphs a–b above.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete the survey sent to you via email or available here. Your entry must also include your email address, for selection purposes only. Your survey answers will be anonymous. No purchase is necessary.

5. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. The winners shall be the owners of the email addresses from which the selected winning entries are sent.

6. L.A Brewery accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by L.A Brewery.

7. The Prize Draw will close at 23:59 on Wednesday, 11th December. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Picking the Winner

8. One (1) winner will be selected, using the process set out below:
   a. Entrants’ names will be numbered at random. A random number generator will be used to select one (1) winner.

The Prize

9. There will be one (1) winner, selected using the process set out in paragraph 8. The winner will receive:
   a. A £150 e-gift card to spend on the L.A Brewery website.

10. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date and given details regarding how to claim their prize. The winner will receive the prize within 30 days of claiming it. If a winner does not respond to L.A Brewery within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and L.A Brewery shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification within fourteen (14) days of being notified, or they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, or if the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the prize will be forfeited, and L.A Brewery shall be entitled to select another winner.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

12. L.A Brewery reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

Some Other Rules

13. L.A Brewery shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at [Privacy policy – L.A Brewery. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

14. L.A Brewery accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. L.A Brewery further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of L.A Brewery for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

15. L.A Brewery reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of L.A Brewery in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. L.A Brewery shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

17. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law, and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
