Sparkling White Rose 750ml | Case of 6

A refreshing champagne alternative, inspired by summer's fresh flowers and an ode to the rich heritage of English sparkling wine.

A signature blend of Assam and white monkey tea kombucha infused with organic white rose petals and wild elderflower. Crisp complexity balances a fresh zesty acidity and floral notes with a dry finish.

I had a problem with my first order so when I was first asked to review it I rated it as one star only. However, having then contacted the company they went far and beyond my expectations to put things right. I would like to edit my original review but don’t seem able to do so but am very pleased to now share my view that I think not only their products but their customer service team are exceptionally good

All L.A Brewery drinks are classified as non-alcoholic.

Drinks are classified as non-alcoholic up to 0.5% ABV. This is because when the ABV is below this level, the alcohol is metabolised by the body faster than we can feel any effect.

Our drinks are around 0.2-0.3% alcohol by volume (ABV), below the 0.5% threshold.

All drinks are classified in this way – the same 0.5% ABV threshold is used to classify non-alcoholic beers, for example.

Lots of things you eat daily contain higher traces of alcohol than 0.5%, such as very ripe bananas or rye bread.

L.A Brewery drinks are typically around 15kcals per 100ml.

Details of ingredients and nutritional information for our drinks are available on these pages – you can find them just below the product description.

The caffeine content in kombucha is minimal.

Generally during the fermentation process of the tea, the bacteria and yeasts will break down the naturally occurring caffeine and ultimately reduce the final amount significantly.

Most kombuchas you find in the shops have around 8-10mg per 300ml which is a lot less than a cup of coffee (95mg) and about equal to a decaf cup of coffee.
