This Peach and Burrata Caprese Salad is simple and fresh, and it pairs perfectly with our L.A Blush.
Ingredients
1 ripe white peach
200g heirloom tomatoes
1 ball burrata
3 basil sprigs
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Cracked black pepper and salt flakes to taste
Method
1. Slice the peach into wedges and chop the tomatoes. Combine them in a serving bowl.
2. Tear the burrata into pieces or place it whole in the centre of the salad. Tear the basil leaves and scatter them over the top.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and season with cracked black pepper and salt flakes.
