A simple martini style recipe using New London Light 'Midnight Sun' & our Sparkling English Rose for an aromatic, citrusy dry sip.
INGREDIENTS
New London Light 'Midnight Sun'
Sparkling English Rose
Lime
METHOD
1. Add 25ml of chilled Midnight Sun to a glass.
2. Top with chilled Sparkling English Rose.
3. Finish with a squeeze of lime & garnish with a slice.
