New London Light is the 0% spirit sister of Salcombe Gin Company, and so with plenty of distilling expertise behind the scenes, New London Light manages to provide punchy flavours without the ABV. We like the New London Light 'Midnight Sun' with subtle notes of berries & pine.
A simple martini style recipe using New London Light 'Midnight Sun' & our Sparkling White Rose for an aromatic, citrusy dry sip.
INGREDIENTS
New London Light 'Midnight Sun'
Sparkling White Rose
Lime
METHOD
1. Add 25ml of chilled Midnight Sun to a glass.
2. Top with chilled Sparkling White Rose.
3. Finish with a squeeze of lime & garnish with a slice.
