Succulent, juicy, sweet & tart – this simple blackberry syrup can be used as a salad dressing, folded into yoghurt or our favourite: mixed with Citrus Hops.
INGREDIENTS
Approx 200g blackberries
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon honey
Lemon zest
METHOD
1. Simmer the blackberries with 1 cup of water until the berries disintegrate into seeds - around 10-14 mins.
2. Add lemon zest & teaspoon of honey.
3. Strain and bottle.
4. Keep refrigerated.

All you need is a dash (or two) of our Blackberry Syrup, mixed with L.A Citrus Hops.
