Since L.A's creation in 2017, our founder Louise has worked hard to use the business as a force for good. From our sustainable production site run on 100% dark green energy fuelled by a biodigester, to the business-wide commitment to our employees, local community & customers.

We rely heavily on nature to provide us with ingredients, as well as for our fermentation process, so it’s imperative that we protect the environment and natural world.”
