We lightly ferment sencha green tea for 6 weeks to create a well-balanced base rich in live cultures. We blend this with flowers, hops and other botanicals to create drinks with complexity, grip and layers of flavour.

The vision behind L.A Brewery

"I wanted to make a delicious and uplifting sparkling wine alternative, one that would especially appeal to wine lovers and moderators alike.

I wanted to make a live drink comparable to natural wine fermentation to create flavour.

Most of all, I wanted to make something that could be both delicious and good for you."
