Using a kombucha fermentation, we ferment Sencha tea for 6 weeks before blending with flowers, hops and other botanicals to create a live sparkling drink with complexity, grip and layered flavours.

"I wanted to make a delicious and uplifting sparkling wine alternative, one that would especially appeal to wine lovers and moderators alike.

I wanted to make a live drink comparable to natural wine fermentation to create flavour.

Most of all, I wanted to make something that could be both delicious and good for you."

Pear & Ginger Sour

We've combined the full, fresh flavour of Clear Spring's organic pear purée with our non-alcoholic sparkling ginger.

The Social Ginger

A firm favourite non-alc cocktail. We’ve combined Three Spirit's Social - a blend of yerba mate, lion’s mane and rich botanicals with our zingy ginger - think warming, yet refreshing and punchy, with real depth of flavour.

Confit Cherry Tomato and Garlic Prawn Pasta

This confit cherry tomato and garlic prawn pasta with a lemon & chili pangrattato, paired with L.A brewery English blush a non-alcoholic beverage with floral and gentle bitter notes of hops really complements the pasta.

Helena’s courgette and basil Gigli pasta brings a taste of summer, paired with our Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Citrus Hops.
