Lovely refreshing wine alternative

I found all the flavours were very very nice. I thought that they were refreshing. The English blush and white rose were particularly nice. Just like having a glass of wine without the alcohol. I have tried a few non alcoholic wines and these are so much better. Will definitely be buying again.

Very surprised

Not a great lover of green tea, I was very surprised at the depth of flavour this lovely sparkling wine provided. One of the best zero alcohol wines I have tasted.

Great Summer Drink

I heard this drink recommended on Saturday Kitchen and decided to try it.
Order arrived promptly and a bottle placed in the freezer ready for Dinner.

A new fan

These popped up on my feed and I’m always a bit sceptical when this happens but reviews were great so tried the mixed can box. Now struggle with which is my favourite. Been off alcohol for a year and don’t enjoy the alternatives but this is a taste changer. Will be buying more. Highly recommend.

A note from Louise

I fell in love with fermentation around 10 years ago after moving to the Scottish Hebrides for a change of scene from London. This is when I discovered kombucha and all the infinite possibilities of fermenting different types of tea leaves and blending it with flowers.

Mull is a paradise in summer and I would add wild raspberries, gorse flowers, bog myrtle and lavender to my drinks depending on the season. This led to a series of limited edition kombucha drinks which I would sell to local restaurants in Hackney and islington and ultimately to founding L.A Brewery in 2017.

Whilst the business has grown considerably from where it started in my kitchen several years ago, I continue to develop drinks in the same way by taking inspiration from the garden and experimenting with gentle fermentation to create drinks that taste good, are non-alcoholic and also good for you.

We hope you like them.
